Spiritual Seekers are the primary heartbeat of God. Therefore, since people matter to God, they should also matter to the church. We must be willing to do what is necessary to meet people where they are, so we can help them see where God is and what He wants us to be. Luke 19:10

Relational Community

Relational community feeds our souls and fuels our growth. We are committed to cultivating a Christ-like and loving atmosphere within the church body by becoming involved in each other's lives, to recognize both spiritual and practical needs and to meet those needs. Living in community means doing life together like a family. Cultivating biblical fellowship is just as critical as any other purpose of the church. I Peter 4:8-10

Teamwork

Teamwork makes the dream work! We are committed to a team model for ministry that equips and empowers every member of the body for service. We understand that releasing our talents and gifts for God to use, brings significance and purpose to our lives. Unified participation at every level of ministry promotes a spiritual synergy that will impact the people of our church, our community and our world. Ephesians 4:11-16; Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

Continuous Growth

Continuous growth is God's design for Christ-followers. No matter where a person is in their spiritual development, there will always be 'next steps' for growth. We believe that genuine life-change occurs best in an environment of authenticity, so there is no reason for anyone to feel the need to wear a 'mask' or a 'halo'. Ultimately, God's work in each individual is revealed as they develop maturing faith, Christ-like character, deepening relationships, selfless service and biblical stewardship. James 1:4

Excellence in ministry honors God and inspires people. Therefore, we will seek to give God only our best. We believe that when every member of the church exercises his or her natural abilities and spiritual gifts to their utmost, it brings joy to the heart of God. Colossians 3:23
