Our own community leader, Salome Thomas-El, gives an inspiring talk about what it takes for an organization to help make their leader successful. As Principal El says, "good followers are good leaders" and we can each improve our leadership ability by first learning to be a good follower. Join in and hear some excellent principles on what it takes to be a good follower!

Salome Thomas-El was born and raised in inner city Philadelphia, and has been a teacher in the Philadelphia school district since 1987 including being the former principle of John F. Reynolds Elementary School in North Philadelphia. Salome's faith and commitment has inspired hundreds of children in Philadelphia to attend magnate high schools, major colleges and universities.
